One final thing John. You'll possibly (when you do get a desktop after login) find that you are unable to access any network. The network will be up but it won't have access to your ISP's name servers. Before you do any more with the beta might I suggest that you grab a copy of initscripts-7.02.2mdk.i586.rpm or a newer one and install that and the kernel mentioned above before you try anything else.
