In the /dosutils directory is a program called
"rawrite.exe." Load that onto a Windows PC, then, take the
CD and get the "boot.img" file and a blank floppy. Then,
load rawrite from DOS prompt tell it you want to use
boot.img and then it should automatically tell you to put
your blank floppy in a:. From there, it should be
self-explanatory. :-)
