Under does (or a command prompt in windows) you can use
/dosutils/rawrite.exe from the cd to put boot.img (or any other image
depending on what type of installtion you plan to perform) onto a floppy.
This floppy should then be bootable.
i.e. run "/dosutils/rawrite /images/boot.img" minus quotes. Note that you
must substitute the "/" for the drive letter of your cd-rom and whatever
other directories you have the install files in.
there's another way under unix to make the boot disk but I haven't done it
yet.
