A good place to find *any* RPM/binaries for a program would be
www.rpmfind.net (a quick search for AbiWord yields the results), the
advantage being that binaries for all distributions and their versions are
available (Redhat, Debian et al).
Or you could try <project name>.sourceforge.net. ie for gaim, it would be
gaim.sourceforge.net.
