Hi John. Don't know why Konq. won't display those pics, but why are you taking the
long way home? If you are using Xsane to scan, then just change the file ending to
*.jpg and it will save in the JPG format, then you can skip having to do a conversion.

When I do it like that - the resulting pics display fine.
