Not to speak for Civileme, but I don't think he meant that at all.
In my own words, and as I've posted recently, I believe 9.1 beta is
better than 9.0 Final. I've been using cooker since about 7.1. It's
usually been true that as the next release reached the beta and RC
stages, it was already better than the last release.
