For the past two years, it's been rather amazing to observe not only the growth and spread of linux as a popular operating system, but amazing to see the subculture growing with it. The amount of enthusiasm towards not only the learning aspects of changing to another OS and the amount of enthusiasm toward helping others has shown that there's far more to a successful operating system than just gloss and floss. Although most of society has been "born" into a "Windows" world, the culture and community is far from being anything that the linux community has become. What a great way to start a Monday!
