I have this board and everything except the on-board sound was picked up on the install. NIC has always worked. Sound works too (if you have a problem re-post and I'll post the fix). 'Course, I'm still in the dark ages using 8.2, so with 9.x YMMV, as you mentioned above. Since everything I have works fine, I've seen no reason to migrate to 9. IRQ 11 is shared with usb-ohci, Eth0, SIS 7012 My nvidia card shares IRQ 5 with usb-ohci. No other IRQ is shared. I am not booting with "noapic" and I never reset apic in my bios. e.
