I have tried to change the screen resolution from 1024x768 to 800x600
using MCC and it doesn't work.
After selecting the new desired resolution, it asked me to restart X,
presenting me the logout dialog, which I accept, but after restarting it
comes up again at 1024x768.
I have seen some posts pointing to an easy way to increase/decrease the
screen resolution but I can no recall it.
Using KDE and Mandrake 9.
