Margot,

While you're at it, ask the bank what server operating system is uses to
store your financial data. And if it is a M$ server, find out about what
service packs are installed. You would want to know this because if the
bank stores your financial data on an M$ server with a recent SP, chances
are it (the bank) agreed to a EULA that gave M$ rights to do stuff to that
sever behind the scenes. This would clearly be a violation of all laws
relating to security of financial data that banks must abide by.
