Recently I also opted in for Online banking here in Holland. I was worried about the possible Window$-only thing, so I searched and searched, but there was no mention of it. I always reccon that if there is no mention, I could always get my money back for it... However, Mozilla / Phoenix both run it very well... so I would say to use Mozilla, as it is the most developed browser out there adhearing to the rules of the internet `laws` (yes including IE).
