Not for me to decide, at all.  But I would say that newbies often 
don't find files like this until later, and help files don't come 
into play if they haven't managed to start the program.  So, if you 
wouldn't mind doing a write-up on this, I think it would help.  
Particularly if, having talked them through what's needed you also 
point them at how to find the relevant docs.
