No such luck, we don't lose yah. You've got Konq (the file manager) configured to show index.html (if it's there in the directory) by preference. Configure it so it doesn't and you're OK, or just delete (or rename) this offensive "index.html" frome your home directory if you don't like it. -- Good luck, HarM
