Precisely why I don't want an all-in-one app; I prefer a dedicated file manager and web browser. Just out of curiosity, if you uncheck "Use index.html" will it still resolve http://www.site.com/ to http://www.site.com/index.html on the web? If it didn't that would be really annoying.
