No. There are released Mandrake specific rpms at: ftp://ftp.ximian.com/pub/ximian-evolution/mandrake-91-i586
I just D/Led the latest version of each non-development rpm and installed them all. Had to remove some of the old rpms that it objected to as I had previously tried the cooker version (which didn't work). Enjoy!
