Femme, any particular reason for using Peanut?  I have used Knoppix as a demo 
for several folks and it works in every comp so far. Even worked on one with 
a totally dead hard drive, drive would not even spin. It d/ls as an iso and 
you burn it just like Mandrake. It is a single disk OS based on debian so it 
is a bit different than Mandrake but not that much. HTH
