Konqueror has the facilty to change its identification in the tools menu to various different browser IE being one of them, I normally use Suse Linux and couldn't get it to work with my bank account, however I installed Slackware 9.0 on my Laptop and with that I was able to log on to my bank account no problem at all, this is the first time I have been able to with Linux, I have since took off Slackware and installed Mandrake 9.1 but as yest haven't been able to access the internet with my laptop as I haven't got a modem for it yet so I can't tell you if Mandrake will work.. You find the browser in Tools > Change Browser Identification > then just select a browser, try different ones and see if any are successful.. Hope some of this helps.
