Main thing is, when you install 9.2, it will take care of all of this for you, replacing what needs to be replaced. You don't need to worry about "losing" anything, regardless. As per usual, you would want to decide on either a clean install (format /) or upgrade, but don't format your /home partition, of course, so all your settings and data are preserved. -- HaywireMac ++ ICQ # 279518458 Registered Linux user #282046 Homepage: www.orderinchaos.org ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Mandrake HowTo's & More: http://twiki.mdklinuxfaq.org ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ "I gained nothing at all from Supreme Enlightenment, and for that very reason it is called Supreme Enlightenment." -- Gotama Buddha
