I don't know the answer to that one Francisco.  I don't know at what 
point the flush cache command occurs.  If it is at the end of the 
install, then accepting an immediate update would fix it.  All I know 
is that things are definitely moving, and it will pay us to watch 
very carefully for the next 24 hours or so until we really understand 
what the situation is.  HTH
