No they are not. If you look at the 9.2 tree on the mirrors you will see that kernel-2.4.22-10mdk is in the 9.2 folder, if you do a network install you will be using the bad kernel and will kill your LG CD drive. The new kernel is in updates which is too late to help a new install. So just wait a bit until the new iso's are prepared if you have an LG Cdrom (I hope they call the new image 9.2.1 or something.
