AFAIK, just "urpme msec".

You would have to do it with --nodeps to avoid uninstalling all the
other tools, but I've never done it myself, so I can't advise you on
that, good or bad.

IIRC, it was either Vincent or somebody who mentioned they always remove
msec on a new install. Check the archives, there was a short thread
about it.
