ARS Technica had a complaining piece about 9.2

Does anyone have anything positive to say about 9.2? My own impression was that it was a piece of bad timing, but I haven't installed it yet, so I'm witholding judgment. I'm about to install Linux on a friend's computer, so I'm wondering whether to burn some 9.2 CDs when they're available, or just go ahead with 9.1. In either case I'll have to install Mozilla and OpenOffice separately, but I was wondering if there were any goodies in 9.2 that would make it worth it.

MandrakeSoft Team.

Intriguing.

The article on Crossover Office is also interesting. The fact that they can make MS Office and IE open faster under wine than OpenOffice and Mozilla open natively is an imprssive tribute to the coding skills of the poepl at Codeweavers. OTOH, I actually prefer OO and moz to MS Office and IE, so it's not much use for me.
