man crontab
man 5 crontab
and perhaps also man cron

It is not difficult, just something you need to get used to.

"su" to root, and type 'crontab -e' to edit the crontab file. But first read up on how to define things. And make sure you know how to handle vi...

For those who think life is too short for vi, there is also kcron.
