The question: I want to add more space to my Linux partition. I used PartitionMagic to make my Windows XP NTFS partition smaller, but could only add that space to the overall Extended Partition, not the separate Linux space. I therefore suspect that there is some way through Linux to do this. Any help would be appreciated.

The desperate plea: I spent a very long time getting my Wireless Network Card to work. Unfortunately, now that it works, It does not obtain an IP address from the access point until I reset the router, then do a service network restart. It also periodically disconnects from the network. It has been suggested to me that I need to assign it an IP by MAC address. There is no option to do this with my router, and it always seems to receive the same IP anyway. I've searched far and wide, and found but one site mentioning it. It said that through YAST(this was for SuSE Linux), you need to make sure that the card is set to 'Wireless', but not 'PCMCIA'. Is there YAST on mandrake, or some type of equivalent. Any more suggestions would be appreciated, this is really a nuisance.
