Which versions of Windows can see your ReiserFS partitions? I have Win2K dual
boot on my laptop at work and although it "sees" that there are other
partitions on the disk, ReiserFS, it does not assign drive letters to them so
they are not accessible, thus ignored.

I have also installed XP previously, again, it would note that there were
additional partitions on the disk, it would not assign drive letters, thus
ignoring the partitions. Well, other than to remove them, that is.

So, which version of Windows are you running?
