I'm pretty sure chattr is not what you are looking for. You could certainly use it on the file after copying to an ext2 FS but it is a very low level tool and has nothing to do with icon displays. Where are you seeing this icon? In which file manager? I'm pretty sure isos don't have any embedded icon information- it will be the file manager that assigns one based, probably, on the extension and which application you have told it to open the file type with. Have you tried to open isos with a text editor? A.
