Hmm... Maybe you already are "uptodate" ? 

You can do it "brutal" way : make some directory i.e. "updates" in 
your home directory. Browse to the Strassbourg server, dig down to 
the updates and download them all into that directory. Cd into that 
directory, su to root and type : "urpmi.update -a".

Of course thats quite goofy, but it should work. In your place I 
would just let it be, wait a few hours and then return to the 
easy.urpmi-site.
