- Does it work from the menu? - Can you locate the program running "locate konqueror" from the command line? Yes-> It is not in the path No -> It is not installed On MDK9.1 (running here) it is installed in /usr/bin. (Note the spelling, it is konqueror with an O, not konquerer with an E) Check echo $PATH if that is in the path with you. And see with ls /usr/bin/konqueror if that shows up something.
