Thanks for your help......however, I installed clamav and sql from the
Mandrake Control Center and checked and they are installed. I
rebooted(habit) and still cannot find the programs......where would they be.
The documentation says they are to be in '/var/lib/rpm' and I don't see them.
In the root, I typed 'urpmi clamav' and it says it is installed and the same
for sql.

So I typed 'urpmi rute' and it has me put cd2 in the drive and then cd 5 and
spits out ' The Following Packages Have Bad
Signatures /var/cache/urpmi/gv-3.5.8.31mdk.i586.rmp.invalid key+d. Do you
want to continue' (BEATS ME).
I have gone to Mandrake Control Panel to install other programs and get the
same thing, ' The Following Packages Have Bad Signature'. What's up with
this??????? I'm doing the install (new software) from Mandrake 10.0
PowerPack CD's.
HELP me understand,,,,please.
bj
and by the way, , , , , there's no way to get bored with this, , , ticked off
yes (for not understanding), , but not bored.
Thanks again for your help.
