If you want to know where the files belonging to a package you have installed
are, open the Mandrake Software Uninstall GUI and enter the package name in
the search box. A list of files will appear in the right hand pane.

For clamav the file you are most interested in is clamscan.

which clamscan
in a terminal will respond back with the location of the executable.
To learn how to use clamscan enter #clamscan in the url line of konqueror.

You will find that there are documentation files for clamav in /usr/share/doc

What do you want to do with Clamav? It is most commonly used by mailservers
who handle mail for Windows clients (I have a guide on my homepage on
setting that up)
There is no point checking for viruses on a standalone Linux computer since
Linux is immune to viruses.
(OK there are 19 known Linux viruses, but they have never actually been seen
"in the wild")

As for the bad signature message, that means that the signature the packager
used when they created the RPM does not match the signature on your systems
'keyring', so you cannot be sure that you know who the guy was who made the
package. This could be either because the packager did not sign the package
at all, or for some reason you have a key missing from your keyring.
Packages produced by MandrakeSoft should be signed with Mandrake's signature,
but that 'rute' package was not made by MandrakeSoft and is not signed. It
is quite OK to say 'Install anyway'.
