The > rpm is far easier. just get a fresh copy of the mdk package of > lm_sensors, and install it via urpmi. > > Then run sensors-detect, and all should be fine. > > Rob Ah theres the rub, I had lm_sensors-2.8.4 installed from the rpm and the cpu temp was1616F which seemed a little high, I was advised that I needed lm_sensors-2.8.5 and the source was all I could find for that version.
