Hi Gideon, I don't see why you would like to use such an inferior OS, but... we're here to help - no to pass judgment... ;-)
I'm sure Thunderbird supports MBOX format (even Eudora does), so your best bet would be to convert all respective mailboxes to MBOX format (just create a new mailbox with a temp name, move all messages to it and delete the source when you're satisfied) and then immport it in Thunderbird.
