If they aren't told they can't do anything about it. As far as I can see, since no-one has reported otherwise, other cameras must be mounting correctly, so maybe the xD format is implicated. As you have done most investigation of this, will you start the report off (anthill, I presume) then point me at it and I'll back you up.
