[newbie] C / C++

I'm a very newbie boy. I have linux mandrake 6.0 and I want to start doing my 
tasks on linux.

I'm learning C/C++ and I use Borland C/C++ 3.0 under DOS. How can I write 
C/C++ programs under linux?. Is there a C/C++ compiler? Is there and C/C++ 
IDE?
