[newbie] app for the wintv/radio card

I installed mandrake 7.0 and got everything working fine including my
modem setup..
very nice setup I've seen yet...

the only thing I'm trying to get running now is where and how can I find
the app file/driver to run my wintv/radio card...
I truely want to get it running so I can watch my tv and listen to my
radio on the computer...
