Hi Alan,
When I go into my BIOS I didn't seem to locate any com ports. I was able to
find
'Onboard Serial Ports 1 and 2'
'Onboard Parallel Port'
'Onboard Parallel Port Mode' Normal
Currently I have also been advised that it may be good if I change my
linuxconf to ttyS3 and have also investigated that route towards solving my
connection woes. Please see my following post regarding ttyS3 if you think
it may be of help. Also can anyone advise as to whether or not
re-installing is possibly a good idea or not?
