Y'all might wanna checkout 'nt' (aka, WebDownloader). Very
simple and efficient. r-clk on a link (copy) and the URL will
already be in NT, just tell it to go. Multiple files can be
quequed and NT will retry/resume

ftp://rpmfind.net/linux/Mandrakecooker/contrib/RPMS/nt-1.17-1mdk.i586.rpm
