I have same problems. Also, some other people have it.

Also, on ArsTechnica Forum I was given answer that that is well known 
bug in installation program.
Since some people have same problems during FTP install, I'm sure that 
it is not problem with badly burnt ISO.

OK, now I have one ridiculous idea. I have RH6.2, and Mandrake 7.1. Is 
it possible to somehow upgrade to ML 7.1?
Like to go to RPMS dir and do
rpm -i --force --nodeps *    :-)
