I checked what you said - and unfortuntaely it is not as you had expected.
Thank you very much for your help. The funny thing is that the mouse works
if an application was already open in that application. For example right
now I am composing this message in Netscape Communicator in Linux - which is
connected to the internet via the modem. THe mouse is going to work np - but
if I have to load another application, via the mouse - it will not execute.
