Hi,
I have Mandrake 7.0 and the same LILO /boot partition problem. I have
my disk partitioned as 2GB (Win boot and Linux /boot), 16GB (Win
stuff), 2GB (MDK7.0 installed, ext2), 128MB (Linux swap).
LBA doesn't make a difference (I have it -- actually nowadays
everybody should have it, unless his disk is 1GB or less).
Is the Cylinder problem gone with LILO included in MDK7.1 ?
Or only with GRUB ?
