First download the latest Milestone release.
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla/releases/m16/mozilla-i686-pc-linux-gnu-installer-M16.tar.gz
for a more direct link. Then untar it, "tar -xvzf mozilla-i6blahblah" and then
run the installation program, "./mozilla-installer-bin". It'll ask you where
you want to put it and set up the installation for you.
