I'd have to disagree. I've been using Mozilla and Galeon as a replacement for
Netscape 4.7x for a couple months now. Netscape is just too ugly and crash
ridden for me. M16 was really unstable for me for some reason (M15 was just
fine) but the latest M17 has so far been pretty stable. Only real complaint is
it's slowness, but it's definitly usable. For some reason it's a whole lot
faster in Windows, almost as fast as IE.
And what do you mean by it has a bear to install? All you have to do is
download the .tar.gz package, untar it, and then type "mozilla". You don't even
have to compile anything.
