[newbie] few questions

I have few questions please help me to know.

1) Mega search software on MS Windows like COOPERNIC2000.Is there
   any software for linux,like that ?

2) Acrobat Reader for MS windows has some feature.For instance
   one can download HTML files and can convert to those to
   PDF and browse offline. Is there any oppurtunity in Linux ?
