I will save the long story but summarize here

1- installed dual boot (separate drive) but could not
get NIC to work.

2- Tried linux4win. COuldn't even get that to boot up
after install!

3- Uninstalled linux4win but still get a small batch
window asking to press WIN98 or Linux on the boot up.
Had to modify the uninstall.bat file to uninstall. It
thought it was on the c drive (was on d drive).

4- Reinstalled Linux on my D drive (replaced NIC with
3com ISA card). Installed on my D drive (hdb5). Booted
into grub and didn't know how to get to KDE. Used a
boot card and got into KDE. Reconfigured LINUXCONF and
Voila! mu NIC card works!

Reinstalled Linux because I didn't know how to start
up with KDE.

!!Problems Just Starting!!:

5-Looks like I partitioned my logical E drive (part of
C drive) so Now all I have in windows is C. Didn't
think I did that as I had configured it before buty I
guess it did.

Can't get Boot Magic to Find my Linux Kernel!
On th eboot disk it 'says' it will install linux from
/dev/hdb5 but nothing happens. Looks like I screwed up
on partition magic and boot magic ( i didn't use
partition magic on the reinstall :-( ).
That appears to be a problem.

Going into bootmagic it does not recognize any place
where I installed Linux. Now I don't know how to boot
into, let a lone GET into LINUX OR even DELETE the
PARTITIONS that I have created (as far I know).

WHAT HAVE I DONE!

WINDOWS Works fine. Hardware works fine. Showing only
1 drive (didn't think I partitioned my E drive which
is 1/2 of my C drive).

Thanks to all in advance.
