Igor:
I did a little bit of searching with Google. Here's what I learned:
1. Cmedia has a website at www.cmedia.com.tw -- pick Tech Support and
Linux drivers update. If your hip is listed, then you're in luck. If it
isn't, try Google (or some other search engine). I got six pages of hits
on "cmedia soundpro linux) -- maybe one of them has the answer to your
problem.
2. I didn't have any luck at www.xerox.com searching for "docuprint C3".
Google did find a few references to Docuprint C3, and they all seemed to
be outside of the US, which suggests to me that your printer is not sold
within the US. (What seemed to be a very good site turned out to be in
Russian. Since my only language is American English, I have no idea as
to what they were writing about.) Also, your local Xerox site can give
you some help.
Time for a rant:
Whenever you get a new piece of hardware, go to the manufacturer's site
and spend some time poking around. There is often quite a bit of useful
information there, including the latest and greatest drivers. Read the
FAQ's. And don't forget to set a bookmark.

Carroll Grigsby
