Dear US Robotics modem users:
I have a Courier.V.Everyting modem, and it works in
linux much slower than in windows (8Kbps in linux vx.
33.6Kbps in Win98).
what can be wrong?
am i using wrong modem commands? (init ATZ, dial ATDT,
what esle is important?)
i did "setserial" and set my UART to my correct modem
specification. baud rate is set up to 38400. However,
I cannot find parity and stop bit setup tool in my
kppp.
do dip switches matter?
what can help me speed up my modem?
