The dos prompt in windows is there, and the fact that the option to reboot to
dos isn't there doesn't mean it's not possible, there's a tiny program
(probably more than the one I know about) that can do that for you. WinME is
95 with upgrades to 98 with upgrades to ME. They haven't removed dos at all,
they've just hidden it better.
