I don't know, how to make a queue asking for the Windows login and
password, but you could either make 6 queues (one for every user,
security hole because of stored passwords), you can print through the
guest account or you make an additional Windows account with user name
"print" and a password. It is rather restricted (small home dir, ...)
but has full permission to print. Assign the Linux printing queue to
this account.
