Hey guys,
I have a Dell Inspiron 5000e notebook computer which i would like to
install Mandrake 7.2 on. It does not boot to the CD/DVD drive itself so i
had to make a boot disk. That starts up fine but i tried EVERY module
listed and it still will NOT read form the CD/DVD drive.
Does anyone know what Module or command i can use to get it to read? do i
have any other options to get 7.2 installed?
Toshiba CD/DVD drive (model# SD-C2402)
PIII 700
128 MB ram
15.1" TFT screen
10 Gig HD
ATI rage mobility 128
Linksys 10/100 ethernet
floppy
Win2K installed on first 6 GB
