Hi Mostafa,
Unfortunately, your modem is a software modem, NOT a real modem. It will work w/
windoze because it is designed to utilize their software to act as the hardware would
have,(basically having the processor do much of the work. You might try looking up
linmodems to see if any linux modules or driver have been written for this one.
Otherwise, I recommend the purchase of a decent external modem. You'll be up and
running in NO time!
